So I think it's really important that you support young girls today, and say that it's ok to fail, it's ok to do stupid things. And if you are doing a business and it's not going well, kill your darlings!"

Susanne Birgersdotter, a Swedish self-made entrepreneur and investor, has had an inspirational journey from designing her first app on her kitchen table to becoming a partner at the VC company Milky Way Cap within seven years. Susanne’s strong instincts and intuition have helped her grow the companies, including designing a #1 ranked app and founding Igotcha, SthlmAppLab, and SBDM. She’s an active mentor/member on several boards, and a popular global speaker giving lectures and workshops on entrepreneurship and venture capital. Susanne was nominated for Sweden’s most powerful female founder in 2017 and 2018.
